Kathy has been an award winning Realtor® since 1993...making "Strong Commitment to Service" her work standard.  She strives to always treat people as she would like to be treated, especially in a very important transaction - buying and/or selling a home is huge!  She enjoys working with all buyers & sellers, whether they are first-time or repeat, seasoned buyers & sellers.  The thrill of finding a home for someone makes all of the hard work worth it! 

Through the years, Kathy has worked in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry: Residential, Commercial, Vacant Land, New Construction and Rentals. Having personally been a General Contractor, Landlord and Business owner helps round out all aspects of the world of Real Estate.  She has a strong perspective on business properties, especially rentals and is more than willing to share her experiences to assist the investor with their choices.

Kathy was born in Chicago, raised in the Southwest Suburbs, which gives her a strong perspective on all areas, either City or Suburbs.  Even though Kathy specializes in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, she is licensed for the entire state and has even helped a buyer with a vacation home on a Central Illinois lake!
